A Note from the Founder

At More Than Chula, we believe success means nothing if we don't lift others along the way — including the ones without a voice.

5% of every purchase is dedicated to helping feed and support dogs and cats in need, giving them care, comfort, and a better chance at finding a loving home.

This mission is deeply personal. I became a veterinary technician to be a voice for animals who cannot speak for themselves — to care for them, protect them, and give them the love they deserve. Being able to give back through this brand is an extension of that purpose.

If you've been following my journey on Instagram @morethan_chula, you know this brand started as a way to empower women — to feel confident, independent, and step into their power. But the bigger vision has always been deeper than that. I wanted to create something that not only uplifts women, but also creates income to help animals in need.

More Than Chula is how I bring both passions together — empowerment and impact.

From feeding stray cats on my own to donating whenever I can to shelters and rescues, this has always been part of my heart. I currently have three cats who are part of my family, and I also had a pit bull who was by my side for 12 years. He bravely battled aggressive cancer for the last two years of his life and will forever hold a place in my heart. We sadly lost him in April 2024, but his love and strength continue to inspire this mission.

All donations are collected throughout the year and distributed at the end of the year. We will be announcing our contributions on Instagram so you can see the impact you helped create.
