At More Than Chula, each product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect color selection
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and color selections carefully before placing your order.
Digital Products
All digital products, including but not limited to ebooks, guides, worksheets, templates, journals, and downloadable files, are delivered electronically and are not physical products.
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been purchased and access to the digital product has been provided.

We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to use the digital product after purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at morethanchula@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
COURTESY ASSISTANCE
While we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a courtesy discount toward a replacement order. Courtesy discounts are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
RETURN SHIPPING
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not require damaged or defective items to be returned. Additional information may be requested depending on the situation.
