All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner. Because each item is created specifically for you, processing and shipping times may vary.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 7 business days before they are shipped. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and our production partner.
Estimated Shipping Times
After your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are:
United States: 3 to 5 business days
International: 10 to 30 business days (depending on the destination)

No Guaranteed Delivery Dates
While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other shipping carriers, depending on the production partner and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number so you can monitor your package's delivery.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.
More Than Chula is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at morethanchula@gmail.com. While we'll do our best to update your order, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
